The Operations Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational effectiveness of Eklingji Limited. The role connects student counselling, admissions, university partnerships, marketing, finance administration, compliance, technology and business-development activity so that students receive a consistent service from first enquiry through enrolment and arrival. The successful candidate will build reliable processes, monitor team performance, improve service standards and ensure that applications, partner commitments and compliance obligations are completed accurately and on time.

The Admissions Liaison Officer will act as the operational link between prospective students, Eklingji advisers and partner education institutions. The role is responsible for moving applications efficiently from preparation through submission, offer, acceptance and enrolment while ensuring that documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.

The Education Consultant will provide student-centred guidance to international applicants considering overseas study. The consultant will assess each student's academic profile, budget, preferred destination and career objectives before recommending appropriate institutions and programmes. This is a consultative role rather than simply an application-sales position. Recommendations must be suitable for the student and supported by accurate information.
